We ensure that all our unit’s major components are sourced from very reputable suppliers who support research and development, hence our product offering remains cutting edge and innovative.

We are a proudly African manufacturer, with our manufacturing facility based in Gauteng, South Africa. We are firm supporters of Local Economic Development and Enterprise Development Programmes to boost the local economy and to offer job creation initiatives. Our skilled employees fabricate and assemble all our units to the highest quality standards to ensure that our clients receive units that are of world class standards.

The AVF family of Air Handling Units consists of models ranging from 1m3/s to 40m3/s and a total pressure of up to 2000 Pascal. These units can be configured, with a wide selection of components to suit the clients specific requirements.

The AVF Air Handling Units have both a standard range and custom designed range to suite your specific site constraints. We understand that each project posses it’s own unique challenges and we therefore offer you units with different aspect ratios, so that our units can fit into your application and available space. Our unit components and construction materials can be specifically selected to suite the different environments.

The AVF design philosophy of constant innovation forces us to look for new solutions to meet our clients and markets needs. We understand and support all initiatives that are associated with energy savings and we therefore are constantly looking for new ways to increase the energy efficiency of all our units. We remain conscientious of the carbon footprint in our unit’s designs and procurement processes, we therefore try to source both material and labour locally where possible.

AVF range of Air Handling Units consists of every available component, that will allow for the designer to achieve the desired conditioned environment. These Air Handling Units are known as Central Air Conditioning plants that handles air. The conditioned air is supplied into the buildings through a network of ventilation ductwork, that is sealed to ensure that an appropriate Indoor Air Quality is achieved and in some instances the ducting is insulated to ensure that the conditioned air reaches the designed space without any energy loss.

The components used in the Air Handling Units is dependant on the specific requirements of each conditioned space, the application and the climates.
